Joseph Liberatore, Forged in Fire

Joseph’s journey started with overtraining, joint pain, and a broken body from traditional athletics. He rebuilt himself from the ground up, in a gym, to survive the physical demands of combat sports, and through the school of primal movement and evolutionary science. What emerged is Armatore—a method forged through structure, spirit, and relentless curiosity. He’s lived with dysfunction. He’s walked the comeback. And now, he’s teaching others how to rise from the same place with joints that last, energy that doesn’t crash, and strength that’s practical and long lasting.

The Joint Armour Live Online Training is your weekly resilience ritual, two half-hour sessions each week, designed to restore movement as medicine. Every class begins with a short calisthenic warm-up to wake the body, followed by 20 minutes of targeted active mobility training. These sequences are organized to strengthen joint tissues, improve range of motion, and close the “strength gaps” that lead to pain, instability, and early wear and tear.
